The following template should be used to inform your guests about the pick up and return process for their vehicle. This applies to all marketplaces that your vehicles may be rented out through.
HOW TO PICK UP YOUR CAR
The car will be made available to you at FINE Airport Parking, 5950 N Jackson Gap Way, Aurora, CO 80019 - a parking facility at Denver International Airport.
COMING FROM DEN: Go to LEVEL 5 on either side (the same level as baggage claim) and then out to ISLAND 3 at Off Airport Parking. Look for a black and yellow FINE Airport Parking shuttle. If you don't see one, hang tight at Off Airport Parking, ISLAND 3, and a shuttle will be there in just a few minutes, typically in less than 5 minutes. Feel free to also call FINE Airport Parking at (303) 340-3463 to let them which side you're on and that you're ready for a shuttle.
DRIVING IN: Enter in through the main entrance and let the attendant know you're picking up a Turo car. They'll direct you where to go. During 6am-10pm, drive straight ahead from the main entrance, following the signs and come to our office. After hours, 10pm-6am, go into the FINE lobby and they'll be able to assist you.
NO LAST MINUTE TRIPS AFTER HOURS!!! While we do allow for pick up 24/7/365, if you booked your car after 10pm and have scheduled to pick it up prior to 6am the next morning, you WILL NOT be able to get the vehicle. Vehicles must be booked prior to 10pm in order to be made available after hours.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR CAR
When returning your car, please come back to FINE Airport Parking, 5950 North Jackson Gap Way, Aurora, CO 80019. Enter in through the front gates and let the attendant know you're returning a Turo car. Follow the signs for Turo and park your car in the RETURNS parking spots close to the green sign right by our RETURNS sign.
SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT: If you need a shuttle up to the airport, simply let our team know and they'll dispatch one to pick you up. If you don't see a team member by returns, feel free to also call FINE's dispatch at (303) 340-3463 and let them know you've returned a Turo car and are waiting for a shuttle.
DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE THE KEYS!! Please drop the keys for your car in the key drop by the RETURNS sign.
You are encouraged to photograph the car when you return it, but are not required to. Our team will also fully photograph the car shortly after you return it, all of which will be uploaded to Turo for you to see.
