All owners that utilize Hassle-Free Car for vehicle management must utilize an email address that's assigned by us. This address will be created and assigned to you when your account is first setup.
What this email address allows us to do is route incoming emails to both our system as well as to you as the owner. You will maintain control of your account and will continue to receive all of the email alerts that you'd like to receive. When your account is setup, we will initiate forwarding of the address to the personal email address we have on file, which you will simply need to confirm. Our team will reach out to you about this during your initial onboarding.
Additionally, when your account is initially setup with us, we will modify your account to use this new email address. If it's a marketplace that doesn't allow us to do that, we'll ask you to do it for us and will provide you with instructions. your marketplace accounts must always use the email address we assign to you in order for us to effectively manage your vehicles.
If at any time you'd like to not receive emails for the accounts we manage or if you'd like to change the email address they go to, email in from the current email address on your account and we can update that for you.
At this time, we can't be selective in the emails that are forwarded to you. All emails that we receive at your email address will be forwarded to you if you choose to enable this function.
By default, the phone number assigned to your marketplace accounts is your phone number you place on there. What this means is that from time to time, you may receive calls from guests and/or the marketplaces, which you will simply need to refer to us.
If you do not want to be bothered by the phone calls, we can setup a phone number for you that will go to our system. If you'd like to do this, please email into our helpdesk and request this. The cost of this service is an additional $20/month/owner. The same phone number can be applied to all of your marketplace accounts.
